BDCU is proud to celebrate a period of outstanding achievement, marked by success at two major industry events.

First, we were delighted to attend the Yorkshire Financial Awards, where we won both Small Financial Business of the Year and Director of the Year.

But that wasn’t all…the celebrations continued the following week at the West Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards, where we won SME Employer of the Year, recognising our commitment to developing talent and supporting apprentices within our organisation.

Our apprentice, Ariba Matloob, was then named Advanced Apprentice of the Year – a fantastic and well-deserved achievement that showcased her dedication and the strength of our apprenticeship programme.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who has supported us on this journey, including the organisers of both excellent events. We are incredibly proud of these achievements and would also like to congratulate all the other deserving winners.

A special thank you also goes to Bradford College for its valued partnership and continued support.
