We recently had the pleasure of supporting our apprentices as they took part in the Apprenticeship Games 2026 at Bradford College – an inspiring event that brought together organisations from across the region for a full day of teamwork, creativity and problemsolving challenges.

From the moment the day began, the atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement. Our team competed with enthusiasm, tackling each challenge with confidence and a collaborative spirit. It was fantastic to see our apprentices communicate effectively, make quick decisions and support one another throughout the day.

Their leadership skills truly shone as they represented not only our organisation, but the wider community finance sector and credit unions everywhere. Each challenge highlighted their resilience, creativity and ability to work seamlessly as a team – qualities that will continue to serve them well as they grow and develop in their careers.

Events like the Apprenticeship Games showcase just how valuable apprenticeships are in nurturing future talent. They provide opportunities for young people to build confidence, strengthen key skills and experience handson learning in a supportive environment.

We’re grateful to Bradford College for hosting such a fantastic event and incredibly proud of our apprentices for approaching the day with such enthusiasm and determination.
