As a Member Services Assistant you will provide administrative support to help the team achieve its organisational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support on all member related queries and complaints and to carry out the investigation accordingly, replying to our members adhering to BDCU internal policies and procedures
- Work with and supply key information to the Member Services Lead and others, as required
- To continuously improve our member services and member experience
- Support the provision of sound and effective control systems, continuously identifying improved controls alongside changes in the delivery of member services
- Creating and Implementing Policy & Procedural changes and documentation for BDCU with the support of the MS Lead and ensure these are regularly reviewed and updated or generated to ensure Compliance
- Organise, deliver and participate in training events to improve the skills, knowledge and understanding of credit union staff
- To carry out any other duties as may be required, which are reasonable in terms of the nature and level of the post
ESSENTIALS
- Previous experience in a financial services environment
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
DETAILS:
Salary โ Dependent upon Experience
37 hours per week (part time will be considered upon request)
25 days holiday per year
Location โ Bradford City Centre
Pension โ A defined contributory scheme through the Peoples Pension
