Responsibilities

• Making decisions on unsecured personal loan applications
• Communicating with our members via email, phone and in person
• Provide information about financial products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Conducting quality assurance checks on a regular base for a small team
• Conducting regular training to the wider team
• Assisting in developing products and services across the credit union
• Completing end of month tasks
• Always uphold confidentiality and security standards
• Complaint handling

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience working in financial services
• Previous experience in underwriting (preferably in unsecured personal lending)
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
• A professional attitude
