BDCU is on the lookout for a Senior Lending & Member Services Officer!

Prime Objectives of the Role.

• To ensure the smooth running of the Loans Processing and Member Services on a day to day basis.

• Promote and comply with the Credit Union, its products and services to ensure that its services deliver on-going improvements.

• Support the Lending & Member Services Lead to promote the delivery of an excellent service in accordance with professional standards, legislative requirements and Bradford District Credit Union policies and procedures.

• Build relationships of trust; communicate in an informed, confident, polite and understanding manner with all clients, customers, members and staff.

Details.

• 5 days per week (37 hours)
• Salary from £28,000 per annum (FTE) (12-18 Months FTC)
• 25 days holiday, plus additional birthday & wellbeing holidays
